Floor of fibreglass Spa was full of cracks.
Porcelain Hand Basin had large crack and two 'Cold' taps - 'Hot' tap was labelled "Cold'.
Toilet Seat did nt fit .
Overall, the property and room was run-down.

Heating was excellent with electric blankets and room heating.
Facility could use a facelift as although in very good condition was dated and heavy in decor

We had a great stay here, Check-in was smmoth and painless. Room was spacious and clean. Plenty of parking. 5 minutes from Bendigo Town Centre. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a pool and barbecue and a very good outdoor area. The motel represented very good value for money. We will stay here again.
