This hotel is a VERY basic hotel. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty and the soap dispenser to wash hands was pathetic! Everytime we flushed our toilet it sounds a ships horn. Our carpet was very dust behind door . This hotel is over priced

Good Value For Short Term Stay

Posted 19 Mar 2018 on Hotels
Newer hotel, great area, and free parking! But very basic amenities. Bed wasn’t the most comfortable, and there were only 2 wall outlets near the desk. Kind of inconvenient. Had to move the bed over to charge my laptop while watching a movie. Found a wine cork when I did that, so I’m not sure how frequently they check or vacuum under the bed. Shower only, no tub. It’s okay for a day or two stay.

Great Deal for Budget Visitors

Posted 26 Feb 2018 on Hotels
It's a very basic hotel at economy prices. It was clean and roomy, and not a far walk to the town center. The staff was super-friendly and helpful--my wife and I had to leave very early to catch a plane, and the morning manager checked us out very quickly.

Enjoyed stay in Burton on the water, ideally located to see the Cotswolds. Within walking distance of all the attractions in Burton on the water

new facility with very friendly staff

Posted 23 Mar 2017
Pros: building, staff, proximity to town
Cons: nothing
Location: we rented a car and drove to Bibury and burton on the Water...all very close.
The facility was new and when you combine that with a knowledgeable and friendly staff , you have a winner.

Pros: No frills, comes with Breakfast and parking. Big rooms
Cons: N/A
Location: Supermarkets and Shopping next to Hotel and walkable to Strafford-upon Avon(20-25mins) away.
Hotel was as expected, just outside of Strafford-upon-Avon within 20-25mins walking. Located near 2 supermarkets.
