Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The property is in the heart of Stratford which makes for easy walks to dining, shopping and entertainment venues. Parking is safe and onsite. The hotel is over 100 years old so we weren’t expecting modern amenities found in newer properties. That said our room was clean and functional but it is in need of a refresh; rusty shower head that doesn’t allow for adjustment a heater that likely wouldn’t work well on a really cold night. Corridor carpeting could use a good steam clean.

A good place to stay when seeing a play.
Posted 18 Nov 2023 on HotelsHotel was a Classic old building, nicely renovated with cosy atmosphere and good pub adjoining. The room was clean and management friendly and attentive. Walking distance to everything in town. Nice to see these old school hotels are able to run in these modern times. Recommended.

Location location location. Great location. A little tired bordering on rustic as far as the property went. For the price not a bad stay. Comfortable bed. A 2 1/2 star place

I was charged $249 for one nights stay. I had called the day before to say that we had to leave a day early and that I had insurance. The room was also small, uncomfortable and badly furnished. Won’t stay there again. In the past it was a good place to stay.

Our family has owned and operated the Queen's Inn for 30 years, and I always know that although we try so hard to please all of our guests, it just isn't possible. Personally, I really like the room you were in, but our rooms are all totally different in size, shape and decor. We have so many folks who continue to stay with us, year after year, and always appreciate the up-dates we make each year. They know we are doing our best, but the past 3 years have been our greatest challenge. I hope you will give us another try.
