"Absolutely amazing apartment in a fabulous location just a short walk to the station old town and everywhere else we wanted to visit. The hotel / apartments totally exceeded all our expectations and every single staff member went out of their way to help and ensure our stay was smooth and stress free. Well set up with everything needed to be self sufficient and self cater. For our family stay it was absolutely perfect and would definitely recommend it and come back again if we return to Salzburg...

"It was a great experience in homebound Salzburg, the apartment was clean and well equiped. You can find everything you needed, a plus point to the laundry facilities, it was really good to have a dryer especially when we are travelling in winter time. "The property and room were fine, but due to the summer weather, we needed to keep the windows open for airflow. Unfortunately, our room faced the street, and it was a very busy street with traffic noice all night. For a future stay, I would request a room that is not street facing to minimize noice level."

"One first inspection the apartment is outstanding. Looks great and has all the mod cons. It not until you try and use the facilities that realise they fall short. The washing machine was a nightmare but fortunately the one downstairs was excellent, there is no toaster, no tongs and no broom and dust pan. Check in process was simple, though they should put in a more secure method of registration and payment of fees (leaving a paper form with sensitive PII and cash in an envelope on the table as you check out, without being able to lock the door when you leave, is a huge identity theft risk - especially as the exterior door is left open and unlocked during the day). "For my two nights in Salzburg the Imlauer Pitter was perfect. Great location, clean, nice free upgrade, the staff were above and beyond polite, respectful, helpful and courteous. Food in the skybar was wonderful and the view rewarding. Couldn't have picked a better hotel."

"Great stay. Reception staff very friendly and professional. Hotel was very clean and had a lovely smell when you entered through the doors. Very comfortable bed. Only downside and this is the same with all European hotels, only English speaking channels on the TV are the news. Hotel is very convenient for the train station and is only a short walk in to the old town. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if i return to Salzburg "

Great spot

"Excellent hotel very close to all the main attractions. Very modern yet they have kept the beauty of the original building. Nice breakfast and free mini-bar, plus a glass of Prosecco at check-in was a big hit. Staff always friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again when in Salzburg."
