From start to finish, this was a perfect place to stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is central, you can walk everywhere. The room was rustic with pretty wood beams and very spacious, and the bathroom was modern and well appointed. Highly recommend this hotel!

Great location, close to everything. Very nice facility. Room was very spacious and modern. We loved the high ceilings and the chandelier in the room. We liked the courtyard where we could sit and have our coffee in the morning. It was great having an elevator in the hotel after a long day of walking around. What sets this property apart is the EXCELLENT staff including the front desk, bar, and valet parking staff. They made us feel at home and went out of their way to help us with restaurant recommendations and directions around town. I felt bad that we didn't learn as much French as we would have liked as our trip was a last minute decision but we were very happy that the staff were all fluent in English and helped us out with our language difficulties. We had a great stay and are looking forward to future trips to Strasbourg and plan to stay at the same place.

Location was great, just next to Petit France. Walking distance to every important place in town and the train station

Loved the property. Very close to everything. However, very stressful finding it and had to park 10 minutes away dragging suitcases.

We really liked this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful in every way that we requested. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, both the room & bath were good size. Hope to return some day. Top notch all around.

Beautiful hotel in a great area. Tons of restaurants and shopping nearby. Our room was very spacious and staff was very friendly.

Great service. Quiet and comfortable room. Outstanding friendly staff. Valet service was fantastic. No parking headache with the Valet. Call ahead for the instructions to front of hotel.

We loved our stay! The hotel is right in the heart of La Petite France, walking distance to all the major attractions. We enjoyed the beautiful courtyard outside the hotel, the friendly service, the fabulous spa-like bathroom, and our wonderful massages in the hotel spa. I would highly recommend this hotel!
