Nice suite and nice people at the reception. Breakfast could be really ameliorated considering the high price required (25€).

The location was excellent, with the added convenience of being within walking distance to great restaurants. The staff was incredibly accommodating, ensuring a comfortable stay. My wife, recovering from surgery, needed to use the elevators, and the hotel was fully equipped to meet accessibility needs. It was a wonderful visit to Strasbourg, with the perfect base for exploring the city.

The staff was super friendly and was able to answer all questions. Breakfast was good but a little overpriced doe the options they have. The room was clean for the most part except the carpet, it was gross. The walls are thin and when room service started cleaning at 9AM, it was so noisy through the connecting room door. Side street parking wasn’t an issue, I just downloaded the app and kept adding time to it. It was better than looking for garage with parking available during Christmas market time. The train station was a three minute walk away if you don’t drive.
Overall my stay was good.

Parking your vehicle to unload your luggage is terrible, no designated parking space for customers. Once your luggage is unloaded from your car you have to down a flight of stairs to the lobby. Elevator is only the size for 2 people and their bags. It's a old hotel and it's time to apply fresh bright paint or nice wallpaper in the hallways and replace the carpet. 4 star hotels are meant to be upgraded and beautiful. Location wasn't bad, as my wife and I walked downtown in only 15 mins.

Excellent hotel with very attentive service and super close to the historical center. Everybody at the reception desk, housekeeping and other personnel are very helpful and nice.
