We stayed in a junior suite - need to have a place to put clothes! Poor use of space. You could put a dresser/shelves in front of each window with lighting.
Refrigerator was not working - warm.
Bed comfortable, not couch and chair not comfortable.

Nice room, beautiful hotel and great location. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Only downside is the bar. The bar in the hotel is extremely slow. One guy mixing, one guy delivering, and a girl wandering around behind the bar occasionally washing a glass. The bar needs work.

Great hotel to visit during the Christmas markets. One of the largest ones is 5 min walk away, but you feel a bit secluded from all the rush. Property is clean and room is comfortable. Additional or more responsive bar staff would be great.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The rooms were modern, comfortable, and well-appointed, making it a cozy retreat after exploring the city. The hotel’s location is fantastic—just a short walk to the Christmas markets and main attractions, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable and centrally located place to stay!

Every hospitable for tourist and locals. Good spot for walking all around the city center. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Would stay here again for sure!!!!

After an initial hiccup wherr I was given a key to my room, only to find that it was still being cleaned when I got there, the rest of my stay was lovely. A very charming hotel with lots of character and close to all that Strasbourg has to offer. Nice little touches of Nespresso coffee and juice and water in the room. Very quiet overlooking the courtyard. And the most comfortable bed and pillow of the trip so far. Greaat shower too
