I loved that the mall was attached to this hotel as it made it easy for me to have a quick breakfast and shop while I waited for my room to be ready. The location is prime, being close to the shops and the cathedral as well. The room was pretty clean as well, however there was a strange musty scent that was noticeable. This seems to be all around Strasbourg, so I’m unsure if it’s just the water system here making that smell. Moreover, the AC in the room did not work, which was disappointing as this was a key point in making my reservation here. Oh well, I slept with the window open instead. Overall, my stay was pretty enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was delicious! Not sure I would return here though.

Small rooms and no hand towels. Bathroom had roaches. Wasn’t necessarily dirty just the bugs. Outside hotel was noisy due to nightclub downstairs. Wouldn’t stay here again

Facilities were clean and affordable, with easy access to public transport if you don't intend to drive. Sadly room does not come with a kettle, as with other Ibis hotels.

The hotel and carpark were easy to find. The reception and serving staff were helpful. The rooms were clean and and had everything we needed for an overnight stop over.

Typical Ibis, good value, no extras but the cost is right for what you get.
