Do your research.
Posted 24 Jul 2024 on HotelsI would recommend anyone staying at the hotel does their research on where the hotel is located. It’s not in the centre and the neighbourhood seems questionable. The room stank of cigarettes. We checked in and checked out within 30 mins (paying in full for our room) and found a city centre hotel for just a little more than the Brit in terms of price.

The room was amazing, we had a surprise upgrade and the towel warmer and robes were fantastic. However, we ordered wine that was listed at 5,80e and it ended up being 20e on our bill.

All in all the hotel was clean, quiet, modern and had very helpful staff. I do feel that the price I paid (over €700) for a “deluxe double” for 2 nights did not show in the quality of the room and hotel. On arrival I had to ask reception after going up to the room to change the bed as it was two singles, there were no glass, mugs or spoons for tea and coffee, only paper ones. No milk for tea or coffee and no fridge either. For what you get it’s extremely over priced and the room doesn’t reflect the price. Overall not very happy with the cost of the hotel. If you’re going to charge a premium, actual glasses and mugs would be nice, not disposable paper cups
