Wonderful Stay at the “Cabar”
Posted 24 May 2024 on HotelsThis is a lovely hotel. It is said to be the best on the island. Food is great. The rooms are comfortable and immaculate. Service is first rate. The manager, Marcus, is charming and informative. I would absolutely stay here again.

Redecorated since last visit and it really is beautiful The huge beds and the new decor really impressed. And the staff are very very helpful.As usual, food is amazing.
Room and shower room were clean and modern. The public areas are quite stunning and well maintained. Would never stay anywhere else on Lewis!

First trip to Stornoway to experience island life.

Spacious, up to date, quiet. Dinner was ok, perhaps not quite up to some others in the area, but good enough.
