"Apartment itself is comfortable, well decorated and maintained. The showerhead is a bit lime scale effected, but this is a hard water region and is common in hotels etc in the city. Really comfortable bed. Once received, the instructions for entry were clear. if you haven't received 24 hours before, it's worth reaching out to them via email. A telephone call to Brazil is quite expensive it turns out!"

"The property has everything you need for living for an extended period of time. Going up somewhat narrow stairs is required. There was the sound of some sort of animal clawing in the walls or window. I didn't read the notice that I needed to ask for checkin instructions 72 hours beforehand until the day before departure. "The location is great, just 10 minutes from the main train and tube station and next to all the shops. The place was clean and it had plenty of kirchen utensils. My studio faced the back of the building which meant i got the sunshine but not the street noise. "Other than the rude guests that started making food or doing laundry at midnight, it was pretty good. Our room went through the living room and kitchen. And the other guests would come to use the areas late at night and start making noise which was quite loud for us considering our room was attached with the living room. "Manu was a great host, he was very welcoming and helpful and provided clear instructions to find the apartment, parking and how to get into the property. Can't fault it at all, amazing hotel
"Hotel was really nice and breakfast was fresh and very nice. Location is also really good, everything is with in reach and walking distance and a lovely park near by. However, I'd like to especially emphasise on the staff, always friendly and more than happy to help with any problems or anything that you will need. Hotel has an onsite car park which felt very safe."
