She had everything well stocked & was avaliable if you needed anything. We had an incident in the middle of the night& the front desk attendant was more than helpful with any extra supplies we needed. You will see us again for sure! "

"Our experience at Microtel was top-notch! The staff are always friendly and helpful. Rachel was super busy this morning serving breakfast, but didn’t blink an eye when we asked her for something. "We were initially put in a room that was dusty and had a (small) mouse. But after a sleepless night we were moved to the Pinnacles building which was amazing! Staff was very responsive to our needs and did everything they could once we alerted them to the problem. One thing to note is the we were there during a heat wave and not all rooms are air conditioned- we had no idea. So if that is important to you, you may want to reach out and inquire about this prior to booking. Food at the restaurant and drinks at the tap house were great."
