Nice friendly indepedant guest house. Some rooms are non ensuite. I've used both ensuite and non ensuite and no issues Good value for money, friendly and a good breakfast. For the price there's nothing to dislike. Internet is pretty good for working, along with desk space. For me it ticks all the boxes.

Clean, comfortable, good breakfast and free parking. Good location for visiting Dunnottar castle and Aberdeen.

Sheila was a great host. Full Scottish breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay again when in the area.
