Liked the check in experience.
Didn't like that the elevators were out of order.

I liked that the staff was VERY friendly and they kept everything clean not a day went by where I did not see them cleaning and asking if I wanted room service

The elevator was not working during our entire 3 night stay, and our room was on the third floor. That made it very inconvenient for us since we had children and a lot of luggage with us. The microwave also did not work for us the first night so we couldn’t heat up any food for our kids. Other than that, it was ok and it was close to Stone Mountain.

I have stayed in many hotels but this one was KEPT CLEAN the staff was always cleaning the front desk staff was EXTREMELY Helpful I will be telling everyone I know this is the place to stay if you visit stone mountain

The elevator was broken our entire 4 night stay. The fruit at breakfast was rotten and old. Would not recommend

My family got stuck in the elevator twice with once being over 30 minutes and the fire department had to respond and break into the elevator to rescue us! This happened two separate days! Although we allegedly were reimbursed this issue has been an ongoing issue according to the Firefighters! They said the first day they could see metal that was causing it to malfunction!
