Nice people but poor mattress.

Posted 1 Sep 2021 on HotelsThis hotel is absolutely perfect. The owner was the nicest guy you could ever meet. Couldnt do enough for you and was genuinely friendly and interested in talking to us. The hotel itself was immaculate and well presented. The breakfast was outstanding. The room itself was comfortable. The beds were extremely comfortable and good pillows.... not many hotels offer that. We stayed here to go to alton towers so was perfect location. We without a doubt will be staying here again and would recommend to anyone. Thank you for making our stay ao comfortable
