My main complaint is that when we checked in, we were told we could opt in to the breakfast for the next day for €17 per person, just had to let the front desk know before the next morning. "A unique experience for a hotel, you are basically going to be staying in a condominium with every convenience you could ask for. It is located with restaurants within very short walking distance. The only thing you have to be aware of is that you have to pay careful attention to the emails that you receive as you receive a key from, a remote host dispenser, after hours there is nobody there. "

"For my first visit to Darmstadt, this was a great location. It's an easy walkable city with much to do. Scooteres to get out to lab where I was working and it was nice to just scooter back at the end of the day, grab dinner at one of the many restaurants on the block and relax among the people. Really enjoyed the room and accommodations. "

"Perfect for a stop on our way back home. Quiet and very spacious apartment with everything you need. Comfortable beds and comfortable shower/bathroom. There is a supermarket around the corner. "

"The area around the trainstation is one of the most terifying I have been to. Dirty, a lot of shady people walking around. It was particularly disturbing at night. The room was nice, it was amazing to receive all the gifts and snacks! There was a good coffee machine and kettle, the kitchen was quite clean and equipped. The bathroom was a bit dirty but good to use. Overall the hotel is one to recommend altough the area around is a big big minus."

"Amazing hotel so close to the Christmas Market and easy access to the subway. Every employee we encountered were friendly, knowledgeable, and smiling. This is a remarkable hotel, a throwback to a time of ladies in gowns and men in suits. The hotel is warm and the rooms are lovely and spacious. Would definitely come back and stay here next time we are in Frankfurt."

"Sleek and modern, the Avani was a nice place to stay in the center of town. within walking distance of the old city, but near many restaurants and a pedestrian walking street. Very friendly staff and sumptuous breakfast! The shower was terrific! "
