Foul smell from the shower room sometimes. Loose tap also. Tv worked when it felt like it. Staff mostly lovely but one less happy chappy.
Room small but clean and comfortable.
Two minutes from Arlanda express, five from central rail station.

The property was in a great location close to public transport. Overall the property was very clean and great customer service. Would stay here again.

We arrived in the evening and I was already on medication due to some medical condition. Olivia the front desk girl on duty greeted us and she was very helpful in making sure I was fully comfortable with the room and etc. I left a short note thanking her effort and please make sure that the excellent behavior in ensuring guests felt at home never go unnoticed. This certainly exemplified your hotel welcoming message “Making everyone feel comfortable”! Everything is just great about the hotel.
