We loved this team!
Posted 9 Aug 2024 on HotelsWe found ourselves in a medical situation with my mother at the hospital close to the hotel. The whole team, from the owner to the front desk attendant, was incredibly supportive and helpful throughout our stay, whether arranging taxis, extending the nights as needed, recommending restaurants and just checking on our wellbeing. The wine gift was a wonderful welcome after a long trip, but the best was when they suggested getting tickets for Springsteen (who we didn't know was in town) and helped us find them. I have stayed in the top hotels in the world and would recommend this hotel and staff to anyone who needs to be in this part of Stockholm.

Overall a great stay , but had issue checking in late. The service was great after making the staff aware of our situation. The breakfast was beutiful and in the garden area outside.
