The night staff family was helpful and amiable. You cannot get extra towels, however. There was an ice maker in the lobby. A few of the other guests were inconsiderate. A young girl screamed and someone rolled a wooden ball on the ceiling a few times and a cart rolled outside our door a couple times. Thankfully, it quieted down and we were able to sleep. Found a fusion in between my sheets, not cool. There was a streak of shampoo down the wall above the toilet and the shower caulk had mold/mildew.
