Didn’t like that there are no trays in shower to hold any soaps or bottles while washing… nothing!!! Tub too high for elderly with slightest arthritis. No curtain on shower bathroom window. Took quite a while to get hot water to wash hands in sink. However, the inn is filled with amazing collectibles. The dinner was delicious. Plenty of seats but gave us a table facing wall (but near window) —why not more in middle of room area with more interesting view! And same table for breakfast and dinner until we requested a different table the 2nd time. Friendly service. Twin beds very comfortable better if Full size. Happy to have 2 chairs in room. Wouldn’t stay again due to bathroom issues.

Historic, quirky and charming. Terrific location right in downtown Stockbridge. Nice outdoor heated pool and hot tub - open even in November! Loved dining at the Inn. Missed the cat ambassadors this time but looking forward to seeing them next time.

Room 220 faced the road. Trucks & dump trucks ran all throughout the night and all walls in hotel are paper-thin and unisulated from noise from attached rooms. Neighbor's conversation until 4am could be clearly heard. Up all night/no sleep. The hotel is fun for ambiance, di

The property is nice because it is historic but they charge a fortune to stay there which would be fine if they did any up keep of the premises. Cracked ceilings toilets that don’t flush exterior is in need of a paint job. We sat on the porch at 9:00 pm all used glasses and dishes on the tables no one cleaned or removed them. I think that is terrible customer service.
