NO IN ROOM WIFI - PRETTY BAD IF WORKING
Posted 17 Sep 2021 on HotelsSorry but its 2021 not 2012. The world relies on the internet so to have it available in one corner where you have to stand on a chair and tilt your phone backwards and forwards for 10 minutes is ridiculous.
Its a pretty hotel in a great building with a decent bar and restaurant but no in the room wifi on a working trip is a deal breaker for me.

Great staff, rooms need TLC
Posted 10 Sep 2021 on HotelsWell located, food was good and staff/service were/was very friendly, but rooms have seen better days, beds were rock hard and my window catches were broken, so couldn't be shut - which was a problem as it was quite noisy outside. Had the worst night sleep I've had in a long time, so unlikely to stay again.

Only one small point, the plugs in the sink and bath didn’t work, had to pull them out to drain the water away and they were extremely dirty.

The hotel was in an excellent location. The room was very clean, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. Would definitely stay again!
