Good location for visiting family in Birmingham. Friendly staff and a nice pint. Supermarket opposite very handy to grab some essentials for our long drive home.

We thought that the Bournbrook provided good value for money - friendly staff, clean bedroom and bathroom, with everything needed for a one night stay. We had a few issues with breakfast though - cold plates for the hot food, luke warm water for tea and there was vacuuming going on all the time we were eating.

Hotel rooms clean, staff friendly & welcoming
Only issue was no residents bar for us after 11pm so we had to go to the pub down the road

Posted 14 Jul 2024 on HotelsGood hotel and lovely breakfast. Very close to the wedding venue. Shame there is no lift. Bed matress maybe needs replacing as it is not very comfortable with very noisy springs evertime you turned over.

All I wanted for breakfast was couple slices of toast and cups of tea. Was told I had to pay, eight pounds fifty the price for all in breakfast even though I was just having tea nd toast..
