If I can give less then one star I would
I start with bad
It’s basically glorified camp grounds
We walk in to room and room smell like mold and musty
Bed was 30 cm shorter my feet was sticking out
Crazy uncomfortable bed
Smelly pillows.
Towels got holes in it and so on
Oh and you can hear your neighbors talking walking around
We suppose to stay two nights
I end up leaving after one
Crazy part we go checking out
And they say they want 40 euros per night for cleaning
I was not paying attention it’s not just price from site
It is that price plus 40 euros per cleaning
And 3 euros per person
Per night
All set and done I pay for 2 night 310 euros
Even I just stay only one
And for beach you need reserve it
To enter
And pay
Whole place it’s joke
It’s nicer places with nicer hotel and free beaches

Dear Robin,we are sorry to read your disappointment and that we did not have the chance to solve the issue together at the moment of your check-out. Our reception staff is always available for any issues or inconveniences, therefore if you had told them before leaving, they certainly, could have found a solution to all your concerns. However, we would like to point out that the apartments are designed to be functional with standard measurements for both the bed and the sofa, while as per bed linens, as we collaborate with an industrial laundry, all the equipment arrives washed and packed. Regarding the costs mentioned, in our official channels all mandatory costs are well indicated, both at the booking stage and at the voucher stage. In your specific case, in fact, the only required expenses were cleaning (price for the whole stay), the city tax per person per day and the security deposit, which is refunded at the end of the stay. As for La Pelosa, since it is a protected beach, during the summer season is closed to a limited number of visitors, but there are other free beaches nearby. We always strive to provide our guests the best possible experience however, in your case, we are sorry we did not get the opportunity to improve your stay. 2 night family stay
Posted 28 May 2024 on HotelsApartment is very nice, spotlessly clean with outside space front and back. Sofa bed was very comfortable with a good mattress. Pool was nice and had a lifeguard on duty at the times specified. 5 min walk from the famous Spiaggia La Pelosa, just remember to bring Straw Mat or Microfibre Towel. Only negatives, quite noisy from adjoining apartments, no soundproofing and the area outside property is very run down, lots unfinished construction sites.

Posted 2 Sep 2023 on HotelsLoved every second. The photos don’t do it justice. Extremely helpful staff. The lifeguards on the pool looked after my daughter after she got stung by a jellyfish. For local food go to Lina, Regata for pizza and Ancora. The deli is Sidi Market is also excellent if you’re eating at home. Don’t forget to book your pass for La Pelosa and if not go to Ezzi Mannu which is a free beach. Excellent place. Highly recommend.

The pool area is awesome and walking distance to one of most beautiful beaches (La Pelosa) I have ever been to was so convenient. Just make sure to reserve your spot on the beach in advance!
