Our stay was a major disappointment. The hotel’s website and promotional materials were extremely misleading, setting false expectations for what the property actually offers. One of the biggest deceptions was the beach. The site advertises a beautiful beach right next to the property, but in reality, there is no beach on-site. The pool that’s shown in photos as adjacent to the beach is also misleading—it’s not even on the hotel property. You have to take a shuttle to get there, and when we finally did, the pool was outdated and in poor condition, nothing like the pictures. The beach near this pool was rocky, dirty, and completely uninviting.
To make matters worse, the only nice beach is located three shuttle stops away, but getting access to it requires a reservation at least 48 hrs in advance. During our entire stay, we couldn’t secure a reservation because it was always fully booked, which was incredibly frustrating and felt like a bait-and-switch.
On top of these issues, the ac in our room wasn’t working, making the room unbearably hot. The hotel did offer another room with working AC, but they tried to charge us extra for it! After a long back-and-forth, they finally agreed to waive the charge, but the whole experience was exhausting and unprofessional.
Overall, the false advertising, poor service, and misleading claims about the amenities ruined our stay. If you’re expecting a beachfront hotel with easy access to a nice beach and pool, you’ll be sorely disappointed

Room & Service were disappointing
Posted 30 Aug 2023 on HotelsBeautiful garden outside, but the room & service were disappointing. Mould on 2 of the walls. No socket to charge phone, unplugged small TV to charge. No wifi in room, no wifi in public area. No kettle. No mini bar. Plastic cups in use. Phone to reception didn't work. After walking to reception to request towels, it took 45 min to arrive. Fragmented info at most, such as cut pieces of paper on breakfast tables showing excursion departing at 8:45pm but no return time or price. Waiters had no clue when asked. Display of set menu dinner for that day but no price. On showing us where the room was, staff walked fast & well ahead leaving us dragging our bags miles behind. Not a 4* hotel.

In addition to the lovely and spacious rooms, the very best addition to this place is the staff. They welcomed us with the best smile and they were very helpful during our stay. One minus about the property: Wi-Fi is quite poor, not ideal if you need to work during your stay. If not, their free shuttle to La Pelosa beach will help making your stay an unforgettable one.

The pictures are deceiving as they make you think you are by the ocean when you are not.
Hotel was clean and quite with a shuttle service to la pelosa beach and the yacht club (the pool by the ocean you see the pictures of) and they have a convention with the YC to get beds for €15 a day which is not bad.
The breakfast was disappointing. Very little options for an extra €15 a person which WERE NOT WORTH IT.
Staff was friendly.
Overall it was ok but will not return.
