My elderly husband said the toilet was too low. No wall bars to aid with getting up.

Stayed here many times because of the convenient location. Warm breakfast, clean and quiet room, comfortable bed, many restaurants close by.

The use of a company card policy sucks!

Good afternoon Todd,I am sorry to here that are policy of authorizing 100 to cover any incidentals or damages does not meet your expectations. We also can not use a credit card that does not have your name on it. This protects you and the hotel from credit card fraud and identity theft. We did also offer to send a credit card authorization form out for you to your employer and you declined to have us do that for you.Again I am sorry that you do not agree with our policy but it is in place for the security of the hotel as well as the hotel guest.

Only thing we didn’t like the free coffee was like hot water other than that nice place.

The pillows were bunched up, balled up messes!! Throw them anway! Otherwise, stay was good.
