"It was a nice pace to stay, but there was old food in the fridge and freezer and it looked like the place was upgraded on the inside but in the outside it looked like the please might collapse. I would stay there again if it felt cleaner and safer "

"Stairs to the second floor are impossible to gonupnand down for elderly and children. Stairs do not meet any building code. BBQ was not functional. "

"They property was clean and comfortable, but there were a few maintenance issues. The stairs to the front deck were wobbly and uneven. The jets in the hot tub didn't work right (but they did say so in advance), and some of the trim and paint inside was chipped and worn. "

"Stop looking and book this property. Communication with the host was responsive and easy. The property is out in the country and is nice and quiet. Pics are accurate and it is clean well kept. According to my daughters (11 & 13) the sofa bed was very nice and comfy. Regular beds are nice and comfortable. If we are ever in the area again, we will be booking this property! "

"This is a wonderful place to stay. Great location in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to Lake Stevens. The guest house is very clean, beautifully decorated, so comfortable and overall great accommodations. The host is very welcoming, organized and did an outstanding job having everything needed available for guests. We will definitely stay here again. "
