The room was nice clean but the stay was let down by the food and restaurant tables full of dirty plates food breakfast was cold and had hairs in it and lack of choice and staff wasn’t very polite

Room was decent but constant loud drone/hum from ventilation system even with air con switched off. Faecal stains on toilet walls and door frame! Sofa was dirty.
No waiting staff at Breakfast and no orange juice.
Staff allow for guests to smoke around the entrance door

Posted 23 Sep 2022 on HotelsStayed twice recently. First time the shower cubicle wasn’t draining (was blocked) and couldn’t send anyone to fix it. Second time the air conditioning was playing up (different room). The general condition of the hotel is appalling for a 4 star hotel, minor signs of damage everywhere, giving the impression that standards have fallen drastically. It is in need of an urgent refit/update. My experiences have put me off wanting to stay there in future.
