"Beds were comfortable, rooms had everything you needed. Staff were friendly and really helpful. Nothing was too much trouble! Breakfast choice was phenomenal and food was of excellent quality. Nice touch having a welcome glass of Prosecco or beer, on arrival . Really loved being able to check into room much earlier than expected! "We thought this hotel was delightful. We had a lovely room which was spacious and warm. The bathroom was very clean and adventurously decorated! We didn't have much interaction with the staff but they were friendly and provided a tip-top breakfast to start the day. Before booking i hadn't realised what a good location it is in. It's a fair walk from the train station tho probably navigable via trams but we hadn't worked them out! Otherwise a close distance to the castle and Charkes Bridge...
