Suite à l'annulation de mon vol, je réserve par internet et un taxi m'amène de l'aéroport à l'hotel pour 30$. Il est 1h du matin, le lobby est fermé et le taxi m'abandonne en pleine nuit. Après avoir cherché en vain pendant 1/2 heure, un client qui promène ses 2 chiens m'aide et le gardien m'ouvre enfin, visiblement mécontent. 2 autres personnes arrivent et restent à la porte. Je vais finalement dans ma chambre. Pas d'eau froide dans la salle de bain, la climatisation fait voler les rideaux occultants, je ne trouve pas de prise USB pour recharger mon téléphone. Mauvaise expérience

They left me outside for over 10 minutes before allowing me in. For an additional $30, you can get better service and breakfast at another hotel. Then when I asked for a car, they did call the regular one, bit one if their own that charges $11 more than the regular price for taxi. Disgusting service these people.

Never again expedia I did a reservation and they give me a room full of roach and they refused to give me a refund back I spend $120 for a room full of roach never again

The state was going well, but it was ruined by the checkout. Requested a late check out of 1 PM by going to the front desk the evening before and talking in person to someone. That person obviously did not pass it along, as I was kicked out of the room after 11 AM. I had to wait outdoors with my bags for my ride to show up an hour later, as we had originally planned.

Took forever to make checkin. They didn't find my reservation. Another detail. If you are planning in going in or out the Dulles airport, THEY DON'T HAVE SHUTTLE SERVICE, so your stay ends up costing the same than a much better hotel in the airport. Hope this helps someone.
