I was charged for a king suite but give a regular king room. Also, I was not told at check in that my room had been down graded and still charged. When I came to the room after dinner, I realized. I needed 2 beds.

The room and amendments were nice. The staff however were not very friendly or willing to help. It yook over 20 minutes to check in and we were the only ones there at the moment. Also we needed extra sheets for the couch mattress and when asking the front office the young lady seemed very inconvenienced that we were asking for the sheets and blankets.

We arrived to the front desk with a lady with an attitude and didn’t greet us with any hospitality. Later called the front desk to ask a question and someone picked up the phone and hung up right away, not once but twice! Breakfast had no hot water for the oatmeal and there was no microwave for heating anything. It’s was a convenient place, but probably won’t stay there again.

The property and the town was pretty run down. We had a whole in the wall of our bathroom. It was ok for what the town had to offer.
