Great stay. Staff was super helpful and spoke good english. Restaurant food was excellent but a bit pricey. Views were spectacular. Indoor pool was fun and sitting outside in the spa with the mountain views was a great experience.

The restaurant was delicious, and it was close to the ski lifts...we loved it so much we cancelled our plans and are returning for the end of our European vacation

Disappointing Hotel Stay: Mattress and Towel Issue

During my recent four-night stay at a hotel, I was thoroughly disappointed by several key factors. Firstly, the mattress was old and uncomfortable, lacking proper support and featuring uneven springs that made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the towels provided in the room were in poor condition, with frayed edges, tears, and even holes. This lack of attention to cleanliness and guest comfort was disheartening. Lastly, the hotel manager's poor hospitality manners further contributed to my dissatisfaction. Instead of addressing my concerns with professionalism and promptness, the manager displayed dismissive behavior and failed to provide satisfactory solutions. Overall, these issues significantly impacted my experience and left me feeling deeply disappointed with my stay. It is crucial for hotels to prioritize guest comfort, maintain high standards of cleanliness, and ensure that their staff is trained in exceptional customer service. By doing so, hotels can create a welcoming and satisfying experience for their guests.
