Unstaffed but comfortable
Posted 2 Apr 2024 on HotelsCheck in was difficult and needed an expensive phone call to get checked in. It was not staffed at any stage. The exterior is dimly lit and in a dark area so it was a little unnerving at night. The shower wasn't draining so I had to be careful not to flood the room. Otherwise, bed was comfortable, the room was silent despite being between train lines and in the flight path of Hamburg airport.

schlechter Service, keine Rezeption mehrere male Angerufen keiner erreichbar dann Schlüssel im Safe.
In der Beschreibung nichts von Lärm da direkt neben den Bahngleisen.

Für eine Übernachtung ok, wenn man die Barcley Arena besuchen möchte. (Shuttle Bus). Preis/Leistung stimmt nicht. In meinen Augen zu teuer. Sehr kleines Zimmer. Vom Eingang stolpert man in den "Flur". Ist aber das Wohnzimmer, welches zwei Sessel, einen kleinen Tisch, Mini-Fernseher,( am Treppengeländer befestigt)Garderobenschrank, Wasserkocher und 4 Streifen Instanfkaffee beinhaltet. Rezeption war nicht besetzt. Tipp: Mehrmals unter der angegebenen Nummer anrufen. Nicht locker lassen. Positiv war, das man auf die Terrasse flüchten konnte.

Dårlig mottakelse
Posted 10 May 2024 on HotelsVi ankom kl. 23:30 og jeg hadde ringt på forhånd og opplyst om. Hun jeg snakket med var dårlig i engelsk og hun sa noe om en kodeboks. Vi kom til låst dør og ringte nummeret som sto på døra og etter gjentatte forsøk vi vi endelig kontakt. Fikk etter noe om og men koden til boksen og kom oss inn. Rom i tredje etasje over basik og ingen heis. Rommet var rent og fint. Så ingen i resepsjonen i de tre dagene vi bodde der. Kun en vasker som ikke forsto engelsk.
