The staff was friendly and that for me was the only good thing about this place. Filthy and i mean filthy. And the worst part was roaches. And they knew they had roaches! They say they are new owners and improving it but its not safe. No deadbolt. I made the mistake of walking barefoot and one trip across the floor turned my feet black. Full view around the door its gapped so wide. I could go on but all i want is a refund. I stayed up all night left my things in the car and waited til sun came up amd left. Horrid gross and so unprofessionalnto rent rooms while you have a roach infestation

You acknowledged that you brought a car full of clothes from a previous location that had roaches. Our property undergoes monthly pest control inspections, and we are proud to be a bug-free environment. While we cannot control outdoor pests since extrerion property but we can assure you that we are free of roaches and bed bugs. If you wish to discuss this matter further, please contact the property and ask to speak with the General Manager.

did not stay there. cancel the room on Friday afternoon.We called you and canceled. you hung up and I called agian

Sorry to hear that. But front desk didn't mean to hang up on you it's just a network issue they having and GM done canceled your room and talk to you spouse with confirmation. Let me know if you need any other help..
