Fairly new building so everything is in great condition. I had a wonderful view of the HVAC system but I didn’t stay there for the view luckily. This is very close to shops, Walgreens, grocery, Wal-Mart, etc, so it’s in a very convenient location one block off the main road going through Steamboat Springs. Check-in was quick and easy. I missed the free breakfast so I didn’t get to see if it was good or bad.

We loved the layout and cleanliness of our room! Views were nice. Staff were friendly and helpfull! The extras set this property above others! (To include a great fire pit area and optional s’mores baggie sets to purchase, a bar, very inviting spa area, a cute free book exchange area, and free breakfast!)
