This property seems a bit run down, expected something much nicer

Friendly staff make the most of this somewhat dated property. Beds are smaller than queen unless the loft room is chosen. Minimalist Breakfast is located in a different building.

Nice place but it’s getting outdated. I cut my hand on one of their glass cups, no pressure applied.

Nice quiet place to stay, close to many things. The hotel was older but kept up and clean. We didnt use the amenities as we stayed just 1 night to enjoy the HotSprings.
Staff were friendly, with plenty of parking, affordable studio with beautiful mountain views, was definitely worth the price. We would stay here again!

Good location, booked room 2 1/2 months prior to date rates were good. Comfortable room kitchenette was nice having laundry room and activities in hotel is a bonus.

Well maintained older property that was cozy and comfortable. Efficiency unit was perfect for cooking breakfast and light meals. Friendly staff and easy parking.

The property is super close to the central area of Steamboat Springs which was great. There isn't a traffic light at the property entrance/exit which can make turning a little tricky. The decor and finishes are pretty dated, although we didn't mind as we were pretty much just sleeping there and spending days out and about. There wasn't any handsoap in our bathroom which was odd.
