Property nice, price good, breakfast good.
Only con was the billboard in checkin area that had threats about “noise”-$75, dogs-$75, etc. having rules is fine but this sign is off putting

Our kitchen stove did not work the first night, but that was fixed. The bed was a bit hard, but still comfortable. The daily breakfast was good, although on the 2nd morning the omelettes were gone for over an hour and the bowls were not replenished.

Clean property but not enough parking especially when semis and trailers take up the spots
