Room wasn’t ready in time but we was compensated for the time we had to wait staff was very welcoming and friendly will be returning soon

Upon arriving the doors were locked for “safety” but when approaching the door the clerk asked how she could help me very rudely. The room was very spacious and overall visually pleasing but some small issues. The cleanliness of the room was not great, and the carpets felt disgusting on my bare feet. The automatic drapes did not work, apparently they had been improperly moved up and down. The water pressure was not great and the tub pooled around my feet. Overall would not book here again.

The staff were all so nice and helpful. Everyone if them from the desk clerk to the guy cleaning the elevator to the breakfast staff, they were friendly, helpful, and ready to go the extra mile for you.
