Beautiful property and really nice accommodations. The only concern was the front desk staff. There were errors at check in and check out - with what seemed to be a disinterest. I also inquired about joining the properties rewards- and didn’t know of any of the companies other properties- and little care of the companies program. In which, upon our investigation one of their other properties was the Broodmor, which we had visited in 2023.
Not a welcoming front desk. Most all of the other employee interaction was quite nice.

Awesome place, worth every penny. Super secluded and peaceful. The whole design is well thought out and the staff is exceptional. We’ll be coming back again.

Beautiful property! Would definitely stay there again. Being so close to the water was great - very peaceful. Service in the bar and bistro was a bit hit or miss but the food was very good. Loved the outdoor fire tables and the indoor lobby fireplace to relax by. The complimentary shuttle to areas close by was very convenient. Concierge staff were super helpful. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!
