The staff bent over backwards to make our stay as easy as possible… they allowed us to check in early and helped us change room reservations to simplify our stay

The highlight of this hotel is definitely the hot water pool—it’s the perfect way to relax after a day of skiing. The location is also fantastic, being so close to the ski slopes, which makes it very convenient. However, the soundproofing in the rooms could be improved, as it can get a bit noisy at times. Additionally, the quality of the toiletries wasn’t very high. Overall, it’s a great choice if you value proximity to the slopes and a good place to unwind after skiing.

It was nice, kids loved the pool/hot tub. Only flaw was the water pressure and it took 20 mins for hot water. Otherwise worth it id stay again

Our stay was great but we were playing slots for about 2 hours and were not approached and offered drinks. Other than that this stay was amazing
