The location is perfect—close to local attractions yet quiet enough for a peaceful night's rest. What truly made my stay memorable, however, was the exceptional service at the front desk. I want to give a special shoutout to Mr. Wojciech, who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. From the moment I checked in, he was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. He provided great local recommendations and made sure all my needs were taken care of with genuine care and attention. It’s rare to come across such dedicated hospitality, and Mr. Wojciech truly exemplifies it. Thanks to him and the rest of the team, my stay was smooth and enjoyable. "No issues at the hotel. Friendly receptionist and nice hotel! The spa area was nice and clean. Also it’s a 5min walk from main train station and close to shops. "

"Great food in restaurant and bar, good sauna/spa (extra charge), good swimming pool, good location for the ski slope. Bedrooms dated and beds uncomfortable. Bus to take you into town. But for the price paid, will not be coming back"
