"Room was comfortable however in bathroom the shower curtain rod is falling a bit so curtain would not close and drifted to the center causing water to spray out on the floor. Needed 3 towels to clean up. Reported to staff who agreed they were aware of this. Also bathroom floor had dry water spots before we used it so don’t believe it was mopped from previous occupants In the hallway there was dry mud tracked in from construction workers "
