The location is amazing, walking distance to sites shopping and restaurants . Cool decor and vibe . The last day of our 7 day stay we got our room finally properly cleaned. The comforter was unusually warm and the temperature control didnt seem to work .

We loved our time at Mama Shelter Belgrade, would definitely stay again. Helpful and friendly staff, fun vibe and perfect location.

A gem in the city! Perfect location, large rooms - clean and very quiet - attentive staff and excellent amenities. Delicious breakfast with good collection of authentic Serbian dishes. The restaurant is superb - we dined in it 4 times and everything was a hit!
I will stay there again in a heartbeat. Zero cons, only pros.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff.
Shower kept flooding the bathroom floor, and there was music noise from the venue below (we were in the park side annex of the hotel).
This is a 5-year-old hotel and there were no USB sockets whatsoever in the room!

Great hotel in a great location. The room was beautiful and we had a fantastic view. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful. The bar has a great atmosphere and view.
