Staff was very helpful, my girlfriends phone was left in a taxi and the staff went out of their way to help us find the company and communicate with the taxi driver for us. All staff were very helpful and friendly

Very basic hotel with a spacious room but a bit stuffy or with a slight smell (probably unused for a long time).

Posted 30 May 2023 on HotelsThe shower head didn’t stay in place and stayed at the lowest setting when I tried to set it up higher. The lamp was messed up and holding on by threads. The key card was disabled and I had to go back downstairs for them to turn it back on.

The best hotel I have stayed in through Hotels.com
Posted 13 Jan 2020 on HotelsThe staff and hotel was outstanding. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and any extras we asked for was no trouble at all. We were there for a fencing tournament and the location was perfect for those early morning starts. The restaurant served good quality and beautifully presented food that was delicious. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel. It was 20 mins from the Old Market. The room was spacious and clean.
