"The apartment was really cool! Very spacious and stylishly decorated. The communication was very smooth. I asked for extra bedding for the sofa bed, and when I came back, they not only delivered the bedding but they made the bed. The bathroom needs a little fixing but we enjoyed our stay and felt safe."

"We arrived late, so it was very difficult to find in the dark (Mozart). When we mentioned our frustrations to the staff the following day, Petra was very accommodating and apologetic about not having someone walk us to the apartment when we arrived late. Even gave us complimentary transport to the train station upon check out. The place was clean and convenient to major attractions. "Extremely good location! Stone's throw away from lovely Xmas Market of Old Town Square. Inconvenient that check-in is a 15 minute walk away from the apartment, but they provide free luggage storage there after check-out. Relatively clean, but no cleaning or towel changes over the course of our three night stay."
