The hotel was in very poor condition and not at all what I expected from a listing on Expedia ! The room and hotel was in serous need of renovation ! The outside of the hotel was noisy , making it difficult to sleep ! The photos on Expedia did not match the terrible condition of the room ! In the bedroom the only lighting was a cheaply made table light and homemade light stand ! The couch looked old and dirty ! I expressed my displeasure to the staff which would not answer the phone ! The only way to communicate with them was by texts ! I never met any of the staff ! Check in was all done thru texts ! I informed them that I was checking out at 10:30 the following morning and that I wanted to be fully reimbursed ! No , one made any attempts to interview me by phone or otherwise ! The next morning after I checked out and rented a room at another hotel I received a text ! The person offered me a different room ! When I texted my displeasure the person stated that since she offered me another room she was not obligated to return the 5 days paid in advance ! I feel as though I was scammed but think that I was not the first person ! I would never do business with this hotel again and would advise everyone to go elsewhere !

Lovely old property but well maintained. Missing a few comfort items. Great kitchen. Hard to find from instructions but managers were quick to assst

The old town square appartments is basically scam organization.The pictures on Expedia website have nothing to do with the appartment they gave me. The rooms on the website look bright with kitchen tables, chairs and so on. The one I got was without any daylight or outside windows or chairs. A dark stinky place that my daughter was scared to get in. When I said it is nothing like the one at the website. Not very friendly pearson at the front desk told me that it meets the standard. When I asked him to define standard. He said there is a bathroom, 4 beds and a kitchenette. When I tried to compare with the pictures from the website. He litterally said it is only for advertising. And recommend to ignore unbearable smell, a combination of the stale air, cigarettes and uncleaned toilet. They said somebody can clean the toilet at some point, but since we needed it immediately after long flight and the appartment is15 minutes walk from the address on the website, we decided to clean it. They send you a suspicious app to checkin to supposedly save your precious time in Prague, although it is litterally one signature. But, they don't tell you that you have to walk to the appartment 15 minutes after check in and to drop the keys at the office, as the only way to check out, another 15 minutes in the opposite direction of the airport. If you get attracted by the pictures of these appartments, just skip it, as they have nothing to do with reality and they don't care, it is nonrefundable.

Property was clean and very well located however it was extremely basic on amenities. Staff were very quick to reply to questions and beds very comfortable. No shower gel, no washing detergent for clothes, only one dishwasher tablet and no chopping board. 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 nights and 4 people. We were told aircon cost extra 20 euro per night. This was not explained prior to booking. A high security deposit also was taken and our apartment was not where reception was.
