"I do like the structure, those enclosed bridges allowing you to enjoy the view is really amazing. Customer service was nice to us, after informing Small suites, no too much space between bed/sofa and wall. if you are there in summer time and you need a bit warmer room please let the front desk know in advance and they will make it happen, I didn’t do it and later when I tried to request it was difficult to get a hold with front desk since phones in rooms doesn’t work and my special communication with front desk it didn’t work at that time , son we slept in cold room . was cold that night. We didn’t get to enjoy the restaurant, when we went there no one greet us or pay attention to us. That was weird , so we went to next hotel up the hill and we had good dinner there . other than that, we will recommend this hotel for a nice family time ."

"The rooms are clean and functional as the facility is primarily as a lodge for skiing and hiking. The staff was exceptional. We had purchased flowers as a gift for relatives and upon seeing us taking them to our room, the staff provided us with a vase to keep them in water until we were ready to deliver them. Breakfast is included and is a substantial assortment of selections. We also had one dinner in the restaurant which was excellent: barscz (beet soup) and potato pancakes reminded us of grandma's."

"It was “okay” we found some children’s clothing under the couch so cleaning is probably not the best. The kitchen utensils were flimsy and not strong enough to do much with. The location is good. Not a lot of parking either, pool is available for 1 euro per room. "

"Hotel Willa Tatrzańska is the most amazing hotel you can pick in the Krynica-Zdroj region. The staff are amazing, professional and very patient if you don’t speak Polish. They helped with everything I needed and made me feel right at home. The front desk staff are super helpful with recommendations for places to visit and for making sure you have everything you need. The restaurant is one of the best in Poland and conveniently located in the lobby, the restaurant staff will help you with ordering and are extremely accommodating which I’m grateful for. The spa below the lobby is so amazing and relaxing, very professional staff that made sure I got the perfect massage and they treated me so nicely. The prices are very reasonable and overall if I need to return to Krynica Zdroj I will stay here without question. Beautiful little town around the hotel filled with restaurants shops and there is a beautiful park across from the hotel up to the top of a beautiful mountain with a restaurant on top. Thanks to all the hotel staff who helped me and I can easily recommend this hotel for solo or family travelers, 10 out of 10!!!"
