"Good facilities, good size for 6 people supermarket 5 minute walk away. Spa and pool excellent the kids loved it, well equipped kitchen. The only problem was the smoke detectors are very sensitive, there's one on the bathroom which was triggered by steam from the shower and one was set off by spray deodorant, so security show up and say there's a problem and you have to open the balcony door, not ideal in winter. Overall a good stay."

"The apartment was so nice especially with 3 children, we brought practically everything we needed with us down to towel, the down bulk bed was a bit too low, one have to be careful getting in and out, the blanket stink of sweat, please do wash the blanket, you have to the check-in yourself, the customer service was contacted via email, and they respond almost immediately, nice location 10 minutes walk to the beach, getting around will be better with a car, I would highly recommend."

"No towels… must rent them. No hand soap in bathroom or kitchen. Bed is not made must make it yourself. Dead bugs on floor. Hallway area was run down and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. We paid extra for an ocean view room and did have a great view and overall felt relatively safe. "

"Great location. The room is basic but good overall. Check in took forever but it’s normal if only one person serving the customers, and the other person was just moving the paperwork’s around. Wish they staffed wisely and more efficiently. "

"Was tricky finding the entrance to the hotel but once found was easy to access. Hotel had a large paid parking lot right in front which cost about €6.50 for 24 hours. Room was a bit small but clean and tidy had all necessities for a nights stay. Staff were welcoming and friendly and answered questions about the local markets and events. Very conveniently located with walking distance of about 10 mins to the centre. The main train station is just behind the hotel which connects to other cities if...

"Absolutely lovely hotel with very friendly and accommodating staff. Very nice room and bathroom with wonderful views of the city. Very delicious and hearty daily breakfast. Very close walking distance to the Christmas market which was the reason for our visit. I would definitely stay in this hotel again."

Great Location, Low Priced, Friendly Staff.

"Was tricky finding the entrance to the hotel but once found was easy to access. Hotel had a large paid parking lot right in front which cost about €6.50 for 24 hours. Room was a bit small but clean and tidy had all necessities for a nights stay. Staff were welcoming and friendly and answered questions about the local markets and events. Very conveniently located with walking distance of about 10 mins to the centre. The main train station is just behind the hotel which connects to other cities if travelling around Belgium. Very decent for a budget hotel but might get an upgraded room next time for a bit more space to move around."

"We had a wonderful 3 days at this hotel just before Christmas The location was perfect, right on the Burg Square and within 3 minutes walk of the Belfry. The service was superb, every now and again the bar was very busy but the service was still very good. The breakfast buffer was suoerb and the selection was great, everything was warm and cooked well and as a family of 4 (with 13 and 10 year old children), there was something for everyone. Would not hesitate to come back. "
