The room was spacious - a very big king size bed but there was no bedside lamp on one side. We could also hear noise from other rooms.

staff very friendly ideal location . would be good to have sockets nearer the bed

Beds were really hard and uncomfortable, terrible nights sleep.
Breakfast no items left had to keep askign them to refill. Hot food took a long time to come out.

Toilet seat is the wrong size and was very loose, making it uncomfortable to use. The room was on the small size. Other than everything was good. Very convenient location.

Room was fabulous, so comfortable and clean. Breakfast great choice, beautifully cooked. Just a shame staff were seldom on reception so we couldnt ring to book a relative in for dinner or reserve a table while away from the hotel. Let the service down as staff otherwise were all so helpful
