I did an online booking drove 4 1/2 hours to get there for them to even though i have a reservation they were full and had no rooms available then had the audacity to attempt to charge me a no show fee

It was nasty the shower was leaking it’s always loud they had trash all outside on the floor it’s just a nasty environment to stay in if I’m being honest I’ll never stay there again

Overall poor hotel. Management erroneously assigned my room to someone else and they tried entering at nearly midnight while I was sleeping. Needless to say I was startled. Otherwise Very noisy with other patrons. Bed was awful.

The property is called the Red Roof Inn. Its unconstruction. Room 201 was horrible. Never again.

Arrived at motel room 227 was substandard. Flat-screen tv was held together by black tape and did not work. Light fixtures hanging off wall by fixture wire, bed not.made, ac didn't work in Tx of all places. I checked in af 4am after flying in from iah and checked out at 6am . Waiting for the uber driver. Booked via expedia will never do again. After i made the a complaint the property acted as if they did not know the state of their own room. Very scary
