overall property condition is very poor.
3 floors with only one elevator. I stayed at 2nd floor room.
Flooring in front of elevator feels like it is broken - it had carpet on wooden floor which was very uneven. In hallway, flooring is uneven. feels like anytime you will twist your ankle. Throughout hallway, ceiling is cut in many places, maybe some one was supposed to repair then they forgot about it.

The property was clean, and I liked the breakfast and the positive placards in each station of the breakfast area.

Maintenance is way behind. Indoor pool was green. Paint and wallpaper bubbling in areas from dampness, caulking around shower black in areas. Breakfast was poor at best.

I stayed here for 6 days due to power loss at my home in the area. ALL the staff, front desk, maintenance, service personnel were without equal. I especially want to commend Antoine at the front desk. Even when the power went out at the motel due to CenterPoint working on the lines he maintained his friendliness, helpfulness, and professionalism throughout. Thank you so much for making a trying time a little bit easier.
